The double-tooth roller series crusher produced by our company is the latest equipment suitable for coarse, medium and fine crushing of coal and coke. It has the following characteristics:

Low over-crushing rate: It has the dual functions of screening and crushing, overcoming the defect of mixed crushing of materials. When crushed to less than 50 mm, the over-crushing rate of coal less than 3 mm is less than 10%; the over-crushing rate of coke less than 3 mm is less than 3%.

Low investment:It can complete crushing and screening operations independently, simplifying the process and requiring less investment.

Low upper limit rate: The material is forced to be crushed, the product particle size is strictly controlled, and the upper limit rate is less than 0.3%. The particle size adjustment range is wide: the adjustment distance between the two toothed rollers is 1-5mm.

Long service life of the crushing teeth: The crushing teeth are made of special materials and their service life reaches the international advanced level. The equipment is durable and has a low failure rate.
