Introduction

The industrial television monitoring system applies the latest computer, network, image processing and transmission technologies, and its information content is rich, intuitive and convenient. By equipping industrial televisions, important production links and equipment can be intuitively reflected on the monitor in the centralized control room. The front-end of the monitoring system is integrated, consisting of a zoom camera, a decoder and a pan/tilt, and is connected to the receiving end through a dedicated cable, which is a PC-based multimedia monitoring host. It integrates many functions of a video matrix machine, screen splitter, video recorder, etc., and the system structure is greatly optimized. The monitoring software supports multi-task concurrent processing, achieves multi-tasking capabilities, is powerful in function, simple to operate, and realizes fully automated management without unattended operations.
