Introduction

Jet flotation treatment technology is a new sewage treatment technology that has emerged in recent years. It uses coal slurry water as the injection fluid, and the fluid forms a negative pressure in the suction chamber of the injector to suck in the gas. When the carried gas passes through the mixing section of the ejector, it is sheared into tiny bubbles. The bubbles adhere to the coal particles during the rise of the air flotation chamber and rise to the liquid surface. They are scraped out by the oil skimmer to achieve the purpose of sorting.

Technical features

The machine has a compact structure, takes up little space, can achieve fully enclosed operation, and does not pollute the environment.

The electricity consumption during production operation is small, only equivalent to 70-80% of that of an impeller flotation machine.

There are no moving parts in the body, the shearing force is small, and only the motor (pump) needs to be maintained.

The bubbles produced are small and the sorting efficiency is high.
